Responsible Purchasing

Our commitment to responsible sourcing is reinforced by strict supplier verification processes that promote transparency, accountability, and sustainability throughout the supply chain.
The company purchases cattle only from farms that comply with criteria aligned with recognized monitoring protocols for cattle suppliers in the Amazon and Cerrado regions, ensuring adherence to environmental and legal requirements.
Approved suppliers must:
✓ Possess Rural Environmental Registration (CAR);
✓ Issue Animal Transit Guide (GTA);
✓ Hold a valid Rural Environmental License (LAR);
✓ Provide Declaration of the Property Productivity Index.
Suppliers are not accepted if they:
✕ Have illegal deforestation records or environmental embargoes;
✕ Overlap with indigenous lands, quilombola territories, or conservation units;
✕ Present irregular alterations in Rural Environmental Registration (CAR) boundaries;
✕ Have owners listed by IBAMA or associated with slave labor records.
